You can find a range of beautifully hand crafted items, including straw bags, sun hats, clothing, embroidered, and hand-knit items.

Q2. Are all items ready in stock?

We a few stocks for most of the straw bag and straw hat. All the clothing are made to order. 

Q3. Are all items on Loopidoo handmade?

Yes, all Loopidoo items are either fully handmade or partially handmade, maintaining comfort and preserving traditional craft skills.

Q4. How long does it takes to made the item I ordered?

For made to order items, the production time varies between 5 to 18 working days depending on the specific item, please refer to the details provided on the product page. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to create your bespoke handmade items.

Q5. Can I customizing my own design?

Yes, some of the items can be customized. Such as woven belts, made to order clothings. Please Leave A Message  on the website, send us your customization requirements. Alternatively, you can communicate with us at service@looipidoo.com for design discussions. 

Q6. How much does custom items cost?

The cost varies based on style, design, and materials. After submitting your customization requirements, we will provide a specific quotation.

Q7. Can I return the customized items after receiving them?

Generally, we do not accept returns for custom-made items. However, quality issues will be addressed through our return and exchange policy.

Q8. Can changes be made after placing the order?

Please make any necessary changes or corrections to your order by contacting us within 15 minutes of placing it. After this 15 minutes window, we regret to inform you that changes cannot be made once the order is in processing.

No account is required to place an order. However, for added convenience (such as saving favorite products and tracking order history), we recommend creating an account.

Q13. About the care of clothes:

Hand Wash Preferred: We recommend hand washing our products, which are often made from wool, wool blends, or other delicate materials. Avoid using a washing machine to avoid deformation or damage.

Mild detergent: Choose a mild detergent best suited for wool or natural fibers. Avoid using strong chemical cleaners to preserve the integrity of your sweater.

Stir gently: Add the sweater to the warm water and stir gently to make sure it is completely saturated. Avoid excessive friction or force to avoid deformation.

Rinse in cold water: Rinse the sweater in cold water to remove any remaining detergent.

Wring it out gently: Gently wring out the excess water without using too much force. Avoid twisting to maintain the shape of the sweater.

Lay flat to dry: Lay your sweater flat to dry to restore it to its original shape. Avoid hanging during drying to prevent stretching.
