Return Policy: 

For customers in the USA, you may return items to our USA address. For other countries, we are currently working on implementing local return options and will notify you as soon as they become available.

At Loopidoo, we take pride in crafting each of our knitted pieces with meticulous attention to detail. However, as they are either fully handmade or partially handmade, occasional mistakes may occur. If you receive an item that needs to be returned, kindly email us at service@loopidoo.com. with your order number and the reason for the return.

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in sellable condition, with original tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your item at your cost. Items returned WITHOUT prior authorization within 14 days will NOT be accepted.


Additionally, please note that all sale items and custom-sized items are considered final sales, and we cannot accept changes or returns for these items.


To begin the return process, please contact us via email, and we will provide you with the appropriate return address. Please ensure all items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order.


If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund Policy:

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to confirm your refund after receiving your return items. It's important to note that refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Refund processing times are typically 10-14 days, depending on your original payment method. Any fees associated with overseas shipping, such as duties, taxes, or surcharges, are the responsibility of the customer. Issues with Your Knit or Incorrect Delivery: 

1、Defective Products:

If the goods you receive have manufacturing defects or are damaged, returns and exchanges are generally supported. Please inform us via email (service@loopidoo.com), and we will strive to either repair, replace, or issue a refund if necessary.

2、Wrong Delivery

In the event of an incorrect shipment, the company typically offers a replacement or a full refund. During this period, please provide order information, photos, or any other evidence to verify the incorrect shipment. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and satisfactorily.
